Tracking details are provided once the parcel leaves our studio.
6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Our policy follows the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, contact us within 7 days with supporting photos.

• Open or used candles
• Burned candles
• Used melts or diffusers
• Opened fragrance oils, room sprays or cosmetic products
6.3 Customer-initiated Returns
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion if:
• The product is unused
• In its original packaging
• Returned at the customer’s cost
A handling fee may apply.
7. Product Safety
All products include safety guidelines that must be followed. The Waft accepts no liability for damage resulting from:
• Incorrect or unsafe use
• Leaving burning candles unattended
• Use near flammable materials
• Allergic reactions to ingredients
• Failure to follow provided care instructions
Keep products away from children, pets and draughts.

All designs, images, product names, logos, content and branding elements appearing on this website belong exclusively to The Waft.

9. Promotions, Discounts and Gift Cards
