Soy Candles & Wax Melts

Here you’ll find guidance on getting the best results from our candles and melts — including burn care, common soy wax quirks and what to expect from scent strength and appearance.

We use a high-quality soy blend designed for a smooth melt pool, clean burn and consistent scent throw. Our blend is selected for performance, stability and sustainability.

Tunnelling occurs when the candle isn’t burned long enough during the first one to two burns. Allow the wax to melt to the edge each time to prevent uneven walls.

Trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn, allow the wax to reach the edges and avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time. This encourages clean, even performance and maximises scent throw.

Frosting is a natural characteristic of soy wax and doesn’t affect performance. It often appears as a crystallised pattern and is a sign of an authentic plant-based wax.

Soy wax can release natural oils when exposed to temperature changes. This is normal and doesn’t impact safety or burn quality.

Yes – but intentionally balanced. Our candles are crafted for a refined, modern scent presence that fills a room without overwhelming it.

Each melt can deliver 6–12 hours of fragrance depending on the warmer temperature and room size.

Yes. Wax melts are perfect for blending. Mix two or more cubes to create a signature fragrance for your space.

Allow wax to cool slightly, then remove it with a cotton pad or silicone cup. Avoid pouring wax down drains.

The top notes evaporate first. The remaining melts will be more subtle and warm. This is completely normal for soy-based fragrance.

Most pets tolerate home fragrance well when used responsibly. Always ensure good ventilation and never let pets ingest wax, oils or reeds. If you’re unsure, consult your vet for breed-specific guidance.

Not exactly. Each format – candles, diffusers, room sprays, wax melts – carries scent differently. We adjust our formulations so each product performs at its best while staying true to the intended fragrance character.

Our sprays are made with a cosmetic-grade base and high-quality fragrance oils designed for quick, clean dispersion. No parabens or heavy solvents.

Room sprays offer instant scent that lasts 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on airflow, fabric surfaces and room size.

Yes on most fabrics, but we recommend spot testing first on light-coloured materials. Avoid silk or delicate textiles.

Two to four sprays are enough for most rooms. Start small and adjust for preference.

Absolutely. Just avoid spraying directly onto leather or dashboards. Mist into the air and allow it to settle.

Our formulations are designed to be low-residue, but always test on unfamiliar fabrics or porous surfaces.

We accept returns for unused, unopened and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. Contact us for approval before sending items back.
